Animal & Holistic Support

Dog Tag Buddies
Dog Tag Buddies pairs veterans living with the invisible wounds of war with carefully selected, untrained service dog candidates, guiding both through a two-year, integrative therapeutic program designed to improve daily living and social mobility.
Through this journey, veterans actively train alongside their dogs while engaging in occupational therapy and the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), building not only a service dog but a life-changing partnership rooted in trust, purpose, and healing. This program is provided at no cost to the veteran or their family.
By forging these bonds, veterans gain the tools to manage the symptoms of hidden injuries, reconnect with others, and rediscover a renewed sense of purpose.
Our mission is to serve those who have served us—creating healthier communities, strengthening mental health, and helping reduce veteran suicide.

K9 Care Montana
